Concierge show tickets are picked up at the show box office at least 1 hour prior the show, by the credit card holder. (over 21years of age.)
Concierge show tickets may be canceled for a full refund of the ticket face value, by calling the box office up to 24 hours prior to the show.
Concierge fee is 15% of the total face value and is non-refundable.
For premium sold-out concert & sporting event tickets, once we receive payment from the customer there are absolutely NO refunds or exchanges for any reason, unless event is canceled ( see below ). We are not responsible for any other costs you may incur to see a canceled show, including food, travel, lodging, etc..
Tickets for posponed and/or re-scheduled events will be valid for the new date, and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
All ticket prices are in U.S. dollars.

A confirmation letter will be issued upon full payment.
All Show ticket charges are face value, plus a 15% concierge fee.
You will be billed once by the box office for the ticket face value, and once by TICKETS FOR VEGAS for the concierge fee.
Concert and sporting event tickets may be substantially higher than face value, due to the difficulty in obtaining premium & sold-out events.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.We cannot re-print lost or stolen tickets, as we are not affiliated with any venue or box office.
If a show is canceled and not re-scheduled, client receives a full refund of the purchase price. This includes the ticket face value, AND the service or delivery fee ( amount over face value.) Client must return the tickets to TICKETS FOR VEGAS within 7 days of the canceled event in person, or via certified mail. TICKETS FOR VEGAS does not pay for the shipping costs to return the tickets to us.
